Mid-States Packaging Launching New Operations In Charleston County

Logistics Company Creating 30 New Jobs At North Charleston Facility

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Mid-States Packaging, Inc., a full-service logistics and warehousing provider, is locating new operations in Charleston County. The $5.2 million investment is expected to bring 30 new jobs to the community.

Mid-States Packaging was established in 2001 by Tracy Giroux-Harpin and Charles Giroux, a family that has been in the transportation industry for more than four generations. Offering a range of services such as transportation, logistics, packaging, warehousing, rail service, containers and sea bulk, Mid-States Packaging provides services to meet all supply chain requirements for its customers.

To establish operations in Charleston County, Mid-States Packaging will be locating its manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations on a two-building, multi-tenant site at 4500 Goer Drive in North Charleston, S.C.
